The session will be an opportunity to:
- Explore what mindfulness is and how it can improve your health and wellbeing
- Learn about the next 8 Week Mindfulness Course (running on Thursday evenings in February & March) and explore whether it is right for you
- Experience some of the mindfulness practices and approaches that you will be learning during the course
- Address any questions you may have either during the session or meet with the trainer afterwards
- Register for the 8-Session Mindfulness Course
£15 per person to be booked and paid in advance.
